According to the professionals, if you visit hammam more than 3 times in a week, your body will get used to it, and the healing effect of it will significantly decrease.
If you are new to this concept, we recommend you to limit yourself by visiting there once in a week.
If you can tolerate high temperatures and 100% humidity, then you can increase the number of visits up to 2-3 times a week.
