The Biggest Tunnel Aquarium in the World
In 2012, Aquarium (or Oceanarium) was opened in Antalya and immediately became the apple of the eyes of the tourists, and since then it is one of the most popular tourist destinations in Antalya by being a home to the amazing creatures.
And Antalya Aqurium is not only one of the biggest aquarium complexes of the world, but also it is the one with the biggest tunnel aquarium (the length: 131 meters & the width: 3 meters)! Perhaps that is why people who walk along this long blue tunnel which exhibits the unique animals cannot stay calm: You can always hear the voices of amazement!

- Sunken Atlantis: You will see the ruins of an underwater city and a shipwreck.
- The Submarine (the longest part): You will observe the most dangerous creatures of the sea. Never forget to open your eyes widely so that you will not miss any striking scenery!

Reviews About Antalya Aquarium from Kemer
Well worth the trip, especially if you have kids. It is forbidden to take pictures inside, but many take pictures without a flash. And at the entrance to the aquarium they take pictures of you, so that they can then sell your pictures to you (optional). Overall, I liked it. The aquarium is large.
For a long time this aquarium was on my list of places to visit. And now, having got to Kemer and seeing that such a tour is for sale, I decided it was time) The Oceanarium is not very big, but the variety of fish, of course, is amazing. And stingrays generally swim in the public domain and you can touch them if you’re lucky (allowed, but not always swim up) Everything is very well designed, all information is available in several languages. Thanks.
The impressions, of course, are gorgeous. There are many big fish, namely sharks and rays.
In addition to the aquarium itself, the Aquarium has a reptile house, a 3D type cinema, and a snow room. Everywhere there is information in English. There are also some aquariums with interesting decorations. The passages are designed in the form of caves. Nearby there is a large shopping center Migros 5M and the Park of Culture named after Ataturk, which are located next to this aquarium. In general, I liked everything.
We went with two children. The children were delighted, although, of course, we only visited the aquarium itself, and were not in the additional halls. On the territory of the aquarium there is a snow room, a terrarium, a cinema. Shark feeding can be observed every day at lunchtime in the tunnel grotto. Divers can be clearly seen descending into the water to feed and clean the Aquarium; one of them waved his hand to our children 🙂
We were impressed. It is a pity that no one writes about the terrarium, and there are quite a few reptiles there. The snow in the snow room is artificial 🙂 I liked the aquarium. I recommend.
